Hirdaramani (Pvt) Ltd is one of the major company in the apparel field. This was a project on Organizational Transformation. Therefore, we organized some programs to Transfer Lean knowledge & Skills to leadership team. It included training the leadership team, application of lean change management, lean leadership development, waste identification & elimination, business process mapping, Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintainance (TPM) and introducing the six sigma of Lean with their team and creating the execution projects. This was a 3-month process with the Management team.
In trading industry, Tudawe Trading Company Limited (TTCL) (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading in the field. The project of TTCL was Reengineering the sales process to create a standardized sales process. With the scope of establishing a standardized sales process, sales metrics and setting up a review mechanism, we spend 6 months with the Sales and Marketing team. This was done with the theories of lean knowledge transfer, Business Process Mapping (BPM), Business Process Analysis (BPA), identification & elimination of wastes in the system, setting up of lead & lag metrics for sales & service teams and, Establishing periodic review mechanism.
These days we are having an ongoing project with Ru Salu (Pvt) Ltd. This is also a company in apparel industry. The project is on re-engineering quality control system to stop passing of defects to customer by strengthening quality gates. As the scope, we recognized re-engineering the quality control system, re-structuring the quality control function and re-defining the key quality roles are immediate actions that should be taken. Therefore, with the theories, we are transferring the Lean knowledge, Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Business Process Analysis (BPA) with the team. Moreover re-defining the quality control roles, creating the business rules for quality control system, establishing daily management system and creating & implementing the quality control database will be completed with the management team within 6 months.
